Our Story
What started as a small, thoughtful initiative has today grown into a globally connected learning and child development institute, supporting children from Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan families living overseas.
Over the years, we have worked closely with children who struggled, children who felt unseen, children who learned differently, and children who simply needed time, patience, and the right guidance.
Today, more than 100,000 children around the world have been supported through our programs, workshops, and learning experiences.

Mr. Yasmin Mubarak
10+ years transforming education
Modern Learning Studio was founded by Mr. Yasmin Mubarak, an education visionary deeply committed to transforming how children experience learning.
Yasmin's journey began with years of closely observing children, families, and education systems — and noticing a painful pattern:
•Children were being measured constantly, but rarely understood
•They were being prepared for exams, but not for life
•They were being taught content, but not confidence
Inspired by child-centred education models, particularly the Finnish approach to learning, Yasmin envisioned something different — a place where:
